Bespoke Online Interior Design Service
£200 deposit
Our bespoke e-design service provides a professional interior design experience delivered entirely online. This service is ideal for clients who would like expert guidance in transforming their space while maintaining flexibility and control over the implementation.
Through a structured design process, we develop a cohesive concept tailored to your style, lifestyle, and the practical requirements of your space.
The Design Process
Stage 1 — Concept
Your project begins with a design questionnaire, allowing us to understand your space, preferences, functional requirements, and budget. Clients may also request an optional Zoom consultation to discuss the project in more detail.
Using the information provided, we develop an initial concept design, which establishes the overall direction for the space.
This stage includes:
A floor plan to map out the layout of your space
An elevation plan to visualise key features and structure (windows, fireplaces etc)
A digital Swatch board of materials
Three curated moodboards:
Two tailored to your personal style and requirements
One inspired by current interior trends to offer an alternative perspective
Once complete, the concept design will be shared with you for review before moving forward.
Each stage includes 1 free revision. Any additional revisions required will incur an additional £50 fee, invoiced at the end of the design
Stage 2 — Design
Once the concept has been approved, the design is developed in greater detail.
Furniture, lighting, materials, and finishes are carefully selected to create a cohesive and functional interior scheme. Updated moodboards and sketches are produced to clearly communicate the final design direction..
This stage includes:
Furniture selections
Lighting and accessory recommendations
Materials and finish selections
Refined furniture layout plans
Updated design moodboards
Stage 3 — Finalisation
Once the design has been finalised, you will receive a complete digital design package allowing you to implement the scheme with confidence.
This includes:
Final design presentation
Furniture and schematic layout plan
Clickable shopping list for all selected items
Recommendations for specialist suppliers or custom pieces (where required)
All documents are professionally prepared and delivered digitally for your reference.
Payment
A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking and begin your project.
Single Room Design
£600 total
(£200 per stage: Concept, Design, Finalisation)
Multi-Room Packages
2 Rooms – £1,100 (£550 per room)
3 Rooms – £1,500 (£500 per room)
4 Rooms – £1,800 (£450 per room)
Full Home Design
For projects of 5+ rooms, a bespoke package will be created based on the scale and requirements of your space.
Revisions & Communication
Revisions may be requested at the end of each stage before approval is given to proceed to the next phase.
Once a stage has been approved, revisions to that stage cannot be made unless exceptional circumstances apply.
At the completion of each stage, you will receive an email confirming the design is ready for review. Clients will have 10 working days to confirm they are happy to proceed to the next stage.
If confirmation is not received within this time, the completed work will be delivered along with an invoice for any work carried out to date. This ensures projects progress efficiently and prevents delays caused by extended periods without communication.
What You'll Need To Provide
At checkout, you will be asked to complete a form with your contact details.
Once your order has been received and the deposit has been paid, you will be emailed a design questionnaire to gather more information about your project.
This will include:
Your design preferences and inspiration
How the space will be used
Your budget for furniture and finishes
Photographs of the space
Room measurements where possible
If you would like to discuss your project in more detail, a Zoom consultation can also be arranged.
The information you provide will help ensure the final design is tailored to your space and requirements.
Floor Plans & Furniture Layouts
This service provides a clear, scaled floorplan of your space, created using the measurements you provide.
Plans accurately show walls, doors, windows, and architectural features, with optional furniture layouts to help visualise how a room can be arranged for the best flow and functionality.
All drawings are delivered as a high-resolution digital PDF.

(One individual room. If you require floorplans for multiple separate rooms, please select the appropriate quantity.)

(A complete floor of a property including all connected spaces.)

Commercial / Hospitality
(Hotels, guest houses, offices, or commercial premises. Pricing varies depending on size and complexity. If furniture layouts are required, these will be quoted and invoiced separately.)
What’s required?:
At checkout, you will be asked to complete a form with your contact details.
Once your order has been received, I will email you to request all relevant information required to complete your floorplan. This will include the measurements and dimensions of your space, along with any additional details needed to accurately map the layout.
Measurements should include:
Wall lengths and room dimensions
Door and window positions and sizes
Any architectural features (such as stairs, alcoves, recesses, fireplaces, or built-in elements)
If you have selected a furniture layout, measurements or approximate dimensions of key furniture pieces may also be required.
Please ensure all measurements provided are as accurate as possible, as the final floorplan will be based on the information supplied.
Photos, sketches, or existing plans are also helpful and can be included to ensure the most accurate representation of your space.
How it works:

Enter your contact details and complete the checkout process.
3. Provide Your Measurements
Once your order has been received, I will contact you by email to request the measurements and dimensions of your space, along with any additional or relevant information required to complete the floorplan.
4. Floorplan Creation
Your floorplan will be professionally drafted based on the information provided.
5. Delivery
Once completed, your floorplan will be delivered to you as a high-quality PDF via email.
If revisions are required, please get in touch and I will be happy to assist.
For commercial and hospitality spaces, additional costs may apply depending on the size and complexity of the project. If applicable, a separate invoice will be issued.

How It Works

2. Design Questionnaire
After your order has been received, you will be emailed a design questionnaire to gather more detailed information about your space, style preferences, and requirements.
3. Design Development
Using the information provided, your design concept will be carefully created in line with the package you have selected.
4. Design Delivery
Once complete, your design will be delivered as a professionally presented digital PDF for your review.
Each package includes one revision, allowing adjustments to be made before the design is finalised.
Turnaround time typically ranges from 3–5 working days, depending on the package selected.
